For its Design Special in October 2026, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Magazin looked at Berlin’s young design scene and the new exhibition format Currents. In „Schaut auf diese Stadt“, Peter-Philipp Schmitt portrays Friederike Delius and STUDIO BERG, together with several other designers from Berlin (photos: Daniel Pilar).
The article introduces JELLO, the hand-blown glass cloches that look just like a jelly turned out of a Gugelhupf mould, and CANDY: coat hooks, side tables and sofa tables made entirely of striped glass, blown by glassmaker Torsten Rötzsch.
